hoho i am back again day after day to blog abt my day after day!

today i left house really angry and blaa because i couldnt find my court shoes and i was really really late we were supposed to leave office at 9 so i had to reach at 8.45 but i ended up leaving hse only at 8.25 so u can imagine. i ended up with tissue paper stuffed into my sister's court shoes wah lao dreadful blisters now.

anw i reached office at 9.05 am HAHA but they were still there and in the end we left at like 9.20 only. i wore a full suit! so exciting. the chamber was qte small it was mroe of a waiting rm la.. then b3n (not the one i was going court with.. the other one ic of interns) suddenly appeared too and 3u93n3 and m@rku5 were with him so exciting :D the stupid judge was so super late so we went outside to eat pocky haha actually only 5hery1 and i.. d1vy@ said if she started she wouldnt stop. ok anw in the end the hearing only lasted less than 5 mins cos it was an expartite one means its not the kind ure up against a prosecution / defendant and u have to argue with witnesses or what. i finally understood the case when b3n explained on the cab on the way there anw. and anw i like b3n alot i think i respect him the most out of all cos he seems so steady and responsible and i thk hes qte a strong christian too. u dun see many christians in the legal profession..

went to bar room to say bye bye to the other b3n and m@rku5 and 3u93n3 haha they were still waiting for their turn even though theirs was noncontentious and expartite also apparently. then we went YAKUN KAYA TOAST wah being a lawyer can really make me fat leh whole day eat eat eat. b3n treated again and i found out hes from plcmc! SO COOL MANS. and then i dunno why they started making me guess everybodys ages and wah i think everybody hates me now la. i thought b3n was mid30s and d1vy@ late20s and m1n9 mid20s and 5hery1 and @udr3y early20s. turns out to be late20s, early20s, early20s, early20s and mid20s.

went back and started on this transcript omg this must be the funniest yet most tiring piece of work ive done. basically theres a new case abt some shareholders dispute within a family business la its really v sad actually and it had to end up with this lady secretly taping down conversations with her uncle who has allegedly forged to himself the lady's parents shares. AND SO, i spent half an hour before and more than 2 hours after lunch sitting there listening to the audio cd of her recordings and typing out all the audible stuff. and let me tell u i almost wanted to cry because
1. almost half of it was in hokkien AND I DO NOT UNDSTD CHEEM HOKKIEN i only noe like AH NEE KUAN and WA GAH LE GONG and BUAY SAI and SEE GEE NAH ok no see gee nah didnt appear in the transcript. but anws so i had alot of "..." to indicate i dun undstd hokkien i thk my mentor got to listen all over again herself AHAHHA.
2. they started shouting after awhile and wah it was really loud and tensed and i couldnt hear anything cos everybody was shouting in english and hokkien and goodjob mans.

ok so while doing that i actually fell asleep a couple of times cos really v tiring la the whole thing was 50mins plus and i had to hear and rehear and go thru again. my mentor thought i looked sick she was like OH MYS ARE U OKAY? anw lunch i got treated again haha this time with my mentor and my assoc director m31 y3n and aiya this woman abit cunning i think. HAHA as in shes nice and all that la but there are jsut some ppl u feel u cannot trust too easily. i think she and @udr3y and my director and maybe even m1n9 fall into that category. i like ppl like b3n and d1vy@ and 5t@cy. anw they gossipped again and this time its really worse leh they start talking abt bfs and telling me things to look for and what and what and probe alot and then h@rpr33+ 51n9h walked into the cafe we were at and HEY HE IS THE BEST LOOKING IN THE FIRM ALTHO HE IS ABIT OLD but nvm we all kept staring hahaha he is senior consultant leh pls. not for us to stare one but its ok! and he waved at us hahaha --> and we continued gossipping abt ppl anw. and they started telling me abt the goodlooking guys in drew and omg m31 y3n is seriously mad leh she say --> i sactually qte good looking but if she was him she wld go for plastic surgery to tape back the ears and she kept pulling at her ears to show @udr3y what she meant please she is associate director leh cannot like that. and they probed me abt my blog and ask me to give them pw haha if i give i really die all this nonsense here and they want to look at shadyshoes!

ok then today i read the file for that family business shareholders dispute also but i havent finish so i shd go sleep now so i can do tmr. i thk my mentor wants me to draft 2 letters but im trying to find a way out of it they feel too company law for me i dont like. i hope w3nd311 comes back tmr and i get to see him abt his case!

eh i got eyecandy at dr3w hoho. h@rpr33+ cannot la he is really too old alr even though i still do like to look at him.
